Hiring Process

Recruitment for all roles follows a standard flow, and all interviews are conducted virtually. 

Candidates are assessed based on relevant experience, skills, and alignment with Climate Catalyst’s values.  

Here’s what you can expect when you apply for a job at Climate Catalyst:

  1. After you have applied, your application is reviewed by the hiring team. 

  2. If we think it’s a match, we invite you to Interview 1, to talk about what has drawn you to the role, your relevant experience, and why you’d like to work with us.  

  3. A smaller subset of candidates will be invited to Interview 2, to go deeper on their specific skills for the role.  

  4. A selection of candidates are then invited to complete a short exercise to share their strategic and applied thinking.  

  5. In Interview 3, the exercise is presented to relevant team members.  

  6. The successful candidate will receive a job offer and a call will be set up to discuss further details. Candidates not offered the role will be given feedback as to why.
